 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment: 
Payment must be received in full before attending classes and a course place is not confirmed until payment is received. Alliance française de Londres does not accept payment by instalments.

Cancellation:
Fees can neither be refunded nor held in credit for a future course if you withdraw after a course has started. There will be no partial refund for classes not attended by the student for whatever reason. Alliance française de Londres cannot accept responsibility for changes in student circumstances that may prevent them from attending their courses. However, if we receive written notification of your decision to cancel a course at least one week before the course has started, a full refund will be given less a £50 administrative fee. If notice is given between one week and the start of the course a £75 administrative fee will apply.

Postponement:
You may postpone taking a course if notice is given before the course starts. For notice more than a week ahead your fees will be held as a credit for a future course, however a £30 administrative fee will apply. If notice is given between one week and the start of the course a £50 administrative fee will apply. The credit will be held for the following session only (which will have to be topped up by the amoubt of the admin fee to enrol). No credit or refund can be given once the course has started.

Alliance française de Londres reserves the right to cancel a course before the start of the course when there are insufficient student numbers. In that case only fees will be refunded in full.

At the start of of a course students should report to reception 10 minutes before the class begins.
